I live in an apartment without access to water or electric, is that a problem?
Absolutely not, we are 100% mobile and bring our own water and electric.
Can you remove every stain?
Depending on what type of stain and how long it has been on fabric, not all stains can be removed. We have a wide variety of professional tools at our disposal; however, not all stains can be extracted 100%. During our pre-detail walkthrough, we can set expectations for stain removal.
Are your chemicals safe for my car?
We only use chemicals/products that are specifically engineered for the automobile industry. We follow the P&S 3-Step System for stain removal. We look for a balance between removing as much stain as possible and preserving the integrity of the upholstery/leather.
Do you remove car seats or child seats?
We do not remove car seats as a safety concern. In regards to a child seat, we can remove and clean seat if requested. However, we cannot re-install the child seat as a safety issue.
